Question

Can I put HTML tables in my askSam file, and have it display using with Web Publisher?

Answer

Yes. To use advanced HTML features such as tables, simply type the HTML codes directly into askSam.

Resolution

Open the askSam file in which you want to display the HTML tables.  Use the System font 10 point when entering HTML codes. The codes will be displayed properly when viewed via the Internet.  You can have HTML code on the same document with the rest of your text.

Example HTML codes for a table in an askSam Document:

Most HTML codes are allowed in Web Publisher.  For further help with coding in HTML, take a look at NCSA's Beginner's Guide to HTML.

"askSam is an essential part of my software tool chest. I can research and collect data from anywhere and any source. Once it is in askSam I can edit, rearrange, organize, and search the information easily. Then I can present it and make it totally useful for other people via the web or CD. Fantastic!"
