Question
When I go through the installation, I get a -42 install error. What's happening?
Answer
InstallShield did not properly remove its temporary files when it was installing a previous program.
Resolution
You need to check your c:\windows\temp directory and remove any _setup.lib or setup.lib files that you may find there.
