Topic "File Created With the Professional Version" Message

Question
After I upgrade to the askSam 3.0g standard version, I received the message: This file was created with the Professional version of askSam. The file will be open as read-only. Why does this happen?
Answer
We have corrected the problem in the latest Maintenance beta. You will need to contact technical support for the beta and password to unzip the file.
Resolution
Send a copy of the file you can not open to technical support. Then download the new Standard Beta Maintenance version. If you do not wish to use the beta make sure that you are not adding to the top of the file and you will not receive the error again. Option -> File Preference -> Add new docs to -> End of file
