Question
Why do I get the error message: "Cannot create empty document" when using my Netscape broswer?
Answer
This message may appear when using SurfSaver with your Netscape browser. The problem usually occurs after Netscape has crashed and has not cleaned up all of its memory resources.
Resolution
To correct this problem, shut down all applications and re-boot your computer.
