The easy way to distribute information

With the aid of askSam's publishing tools professors can easily distribute schedules, course outlines, lecture notes, and more to students via disk, CD-ROM or the Internet. Use askSam to collect and organize the information you want to distribute. Simply type or import the information you wish to distribute into askSam. Set formats as you would in a word processor, and you're ready to go. There's no need to convert your data or spend time with complicated programming. The Electronic Publisher comes with a royalty-free viewer.  Once you have created your askSam database simply copy the file along with the askSam Viewer onto a disk or CD- ROM. Web Publisher

Create and publish information on the Internet without HTML codes and without programming. If you can use a word processor, you can create documents and databases for the Internet. Any student with a browser (Netscape, Internet Explorer, etc,) can search, page through, or execute hypertext links in your askSam documents and databases.  The Web Publisher can also quickly convert existing documents and place them on the Internet. Sample Application:

Gulfnet Technologies, an Internet provider, was asked to publish a college student catalog on the Internet. The catalog contained 148 pages and Gulfnet spent 3 days converting the first 40 pages from Wordperfect into HTML.

After the first 3 days, they decided to give the Web Publisher a try.  With the Web Publisher, they were able to convert the file, set hypertext links, and publish the file on the Internet in less than one day.
