Executive Director (EXDIR)
The Director of the Central Intelligence Agency appoints the EXDIR, who is the Agency's Chief Operating Officer. The EXDIR manages the CIA on a daily basis, formulating and implementing policies and programs that affect the corporate interests of the Agency and its personnel on behalf of the DCIA with input from the four Deputy Directors.
