Deputy Director for Science & Technology (DDS&T)
The DDS&T applies targeting, technical solutions, and tradecraft to the most challenging intelligence problems. The Directorate has four core mission areas - Clandestine Technical Collection, Support to Agent Operations, Open Source Intelligence, and Technology Discovery & Insertion. These four areas provide the actionable intelligence critical to the success of the Agency's mission. The Directorate works closely with partners within the Agency and across the Intelligence Community, the US Government, the private sector, and academia to apply tomorrow's technology to today's intelligence problems.
