"The State of Florida has a Tax Law Library that is available on
the Internet and the Dept. of Revenue intranet. The Library
includes the statutes, rules, court cases and Technical
documents generated within the agency for research purposes.
When we switched to a Web based library, it was necessary to
find a vendor that could convert our source documents into a
useable format. At that time, there were few vendors who had
programs that could perform the conversion. We contacted askSam
