Problem with Fonts

Hi,
I'm using asksam 6.0. While trying to enter data to the database using richtextbox, i noticed that the font is automatically converted to 'TimesNewRoman'. The font i'm using is 'Arial' and size '12' but when i save the data it is changed automatically. It happens only in Add mode. I tried to save the same formatted text in Edit mode, and it works.
It is not possible to save each document twice (Add and Edit mode), as i have to add thousands of documents. So kindly go through the same and suggest the remedial measures as early as possible.
